Since we have entered the21st century, China’s aging care intensified gradually. Especially compared with the high-speed urbanization process, the development of the pattern of providing for the aged still has much room for development. Currently, the utilization of resources for aging is sparse and fragmented, and utilization has to be raised. Now the existing pension models, such as home-based care for the aged, community care, institutional care for aged, they all integrated different aging resources in varying degrees. But the aging progress in China is different to other countries."old before getting rich" is the typical characteristic of the aging process, which made that we must proceed from our own actual situation and propose a new pattern for aging, which is consistent with the actual, with taking the limited government public finance expenditure and traditional culture into account. The integration of pension resources for several pension models have focused in the perspective of "Three" or "two". But with the intervention of social work to pension resource, a new model will be found, which can gather different resources, introduce market resources and market competition, avoid the lack of home-based care and virtual nursing home.
