Research On The Supervision Report Of Provincial People 's Congress

During May and June2012, the magazine "well-off and Tsinghua University Media Research Laboratory initiated a nationwide survey. The results show that55%of respondents feel insecure. For the third consecutive year, Food safety (81.8%) ranked first boarded the "most worrying security issues".2011is the year of China’s food safety incident-prone year, the National and Provincial People’s Congress oversee food safety. In theory, the provincial people’s congresses journals most should speak up "food security issues, bringing together representatives of the views to solve the problems. But in fact, did they realize their historic mission?This research begins from a survey of the reports about the food safety events2011by the provincial journals. Through research and analysis, we discovered the problems in the reports. On this basis, we suggest that the provincial people’s congresses Journal shoulder the dual mission of legal supervision and supervision by public opinion. Help people to get the information they want, show their opinion and satisfy their rights. We learnt the law and the successful experiences of4editors and then build an "ideal model" the journal oversight reports, then pointed out what editors should do to improve the reports.
