Research On The Innovation Of Rural Social Management In Minority Areas From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Since1980, Bourdieu proposed the concept of management science, social capital,socialcapital becomes economics, political science, sociology and other multi-disciplinary researchfocus. This paper is to study from the perspective of social capital, social networks, trust, socialcapital standard (system), the main elements of cooperation as the analytical framework,combined with the rural social capital in minority areas is abundant but the governmentmanagement ability and service ability characteristics of the weak, based on the investigation ofrural social capital in minority areas, to the possibility and explore the path into the rural socialcapital of rural social management innovation process of effective research. In the empiricalresearch, found that the traditional social capital in the rural social management process the ethnicareas in the universal existence has gradually deconstruct. Therefore, In the rural socialmanagement innovation in ethnic areas necessary for the cultivation of social capitalhighlights. To realize the positive interaction between the civil authority and trust ingovernment, customary law and institutional regulations, folk organization andgovernment organization, public spirit and the folk belief, is the efficient path torealize the benign interaction between the construction of rural social capital and ruralsocial management innovation to guide rural mutual benefit mechanism.
