Rural Social Management Mechanism Innovation And Grass-roots Political Stability Study

Our country is in a sharp and profound social transformation period,highlighting the social contradictions and a variety of social problems haveseriously affected the political stability. Social management faces enormouspressures and challenges. The traditional social management which treatsgovernment as a single subject, unit management as the main carrier, rigidspecifications as the main means has been unable to cope with the changing socialreality. At the same time, the modern social management system is still at theexploratory stage, social management system transformation is not yet completed.How to change and innovate in social management philosophy and how toestablish and improve social management pattern is an urgent and far-reachingtheoretical and practical issues. In the past, studies of social management andpolitical stability are mostly static and macro. Studies based on the grass-rootslevel and focusing on the practice are relatively few. The center of gravity of socialmanagement in grass-roots, the foundation of social stability is also in thegrass-roots, therefore, the study relative to the innovation management mechanismof rural society and grass-roots political stability mechanism, which is of greattheoretical and practical significance. Take Xintai’s Safety Association for example,which based on the political theory of social capital and political stability,combined with the text of research and field survey experience, to study the nature,subject,mechanisms and inadequacies of Xintai’s Safety Association. In this paper,I hope to dig deeper into the nature and essence of Xintai’s Safety Association,trying to explore innovative models of both scientific rationality and social care inthe grass-roots social management mechanism. I hope to take it as an entry point tofurther improve the modern social management which combined Party committeeleadership with government responsibility, social coordination and publicparticipation. I will offer suggestions to improve the performance and socialstability of rural governance.
