The Study On The Innovative Mechanism Of Chinese Anti-corruption Efforts In Internet Age

“Worms can only grow in something that is already rotten”. It is everygovernment’s unswerving and consistent position to combat corruption and build a cleangovernment, and to focus on important livelihood issues that arose public concern. In2013，with the Party Central Committee working on anti-corruption in a full and deeplyway,our country has made tremendous achievements on a clean and honest governmentconstruction, and created a new inspiring situation. Among them， as a new“weapon”of anti-corruption，the Internet has shown its strong effect and vigorousvitality. Therefore, this paper starts from the mechanisms of network anti-corruption，from the perspective of in nearly recent year’s typical event,to spy China’s currentnetwork corruption. It has a certain significance and values on strengthen the innovationof anti-corruption mechanism.Firstly, based on previous research， this paper has analyzed the concept,advantages and disadvantages，problems and solutions of network anti-corruption,which closely related on this paper at home and abroad. The author has came up withthe concept of network anti-corruption，analyzed the development contest of China’snetwork anti-corruption,and described the main of network anti-corruption.Secondly, through the method of case study,this paper focus on three networkcorruption cases which aroused a heated response in recent years:“Zhou Jiugengevent”in2008and“Lei Zhengfu event”in2012and“LIU Tienan event”in2013.Through an analysis, it can be concluded that there are three kinds of anti-corruptionmechanisms reflected in this three events: netizen’s participation mechanism under thenetwork supervision，and a rapid response anti-corruption linkage mechanism and ananti-corruption progressive mechanism of promoting real-name reporting underpressure. The author also point out the merits and weakness.Thirdly, this paper proceed from the current situation of China’s Internetanti-corruption mechanism， and pointed out that the effectiveness reflects ofanti-corruption mechanism is based on information disclosure, public participation,standardization and procedures of anti-corruption mechanisms，operating platform ofanti-corruption，laws and regulations construction。Meanwhile，the author has summedup current problems in the four aspect：the mechanisms for public participation,thereporting mechanisms，the information disclosure mechanism and the early warning mechanism.Finally，considering the achievement and the problems in our current networkanti-corruption mechanisms and the positive and negative effects of typical cases, thispaper proposed that our network anti-corruption mechanisms needs to be strengthenedfrom the early warning mechanism， honest education mechanism， informationdisclosure mechanism and controlling mechanism in four dimensions.Thus，it willprovide a reference path for building a perfect innovation mechanism of networkcorruption.
