Meanwhile,the domestic civil society organizations have also strengthened cooperations withmany international aid organizations to expand multilateral contacts,learning fromtheir advanced ideas and management experiences.The third stage was from the21stcentury until nowadays.The stage is the period of China’s foreign humanitarian aidcomprehensive development.China is playing an increasingly important role in theinternational community.During this period, the amount,size,scope of China’s foreignhumanitarian aid are growing rapidly, especially increase in Africa investment.Duringthe couple of severe natural disasters in this stage,China’s quick and efficient financialand material assistance and the humanitarian relief operations in effected district showthe world China’s friendly, honest humanitarian spirit and a great responsible country image,which has been widely praised by the international community.China’s foreign humanitarian aid in the process of rapid development is alsofacing many problems and challenges.Today,the scale of China’s foreign humanitarianaid is still expanding, international responsibility is also increasing.How can Chinacreate a better external environment for development and carry out diplomatic workby foreign humanitarian aid?It always will be the problem which China’s foreignhumanitarian aid needs to be solved,also the development of China’s foreign aid andthe future lies.
