A Study On The Social Governance System In Contemporary China

The Third Plenum of the Eighteenth is the new journey of China’s comprehensively deepen reform. At this important historical turning point, the communist party of China put forward the concept of social governance for the first time, and made a series of new deployment for construction of the contemporary Chinese social governance system to maintain the people’s fundamental interests. The social governance system construction is also the distillation of the theory of social construction of the CPC central committee. It is very important to solve the increasingly serious social problems in transition and to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the society. The continuous improvement of the social governance system can greatly reduce the cost of social governance, realize the modernization of national system and ability of governance, realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article analyzed the concept and model of social governance, combed the basic theory of social governance in detail and summarized the connotation of modern social governance and the value of the social management system innovation. The article argues that the modern sense of social governance covers diversification of the governance body, the rule of law principle and the interactive principle.so the social governance system innovation should be promote the democracy rule of law, guarantee the fairness and justice, fully arouse social vitality, to form a harmonious atmosphere and maintain the social stability and orderly.Build social system must be fully aware of the social reality. The article closely combining the history of social change since the founding of New China. China’s social governance system is roughly divided into three forms: the Administrative regulatory governance, the Management and developmental governance and the collaboration and service governance. This article carefully analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of management system and proposes a new idea of social governance that is guided by the socialist core values, to strengthen the interaction between different subjects, perfect the relevant legal system of social governance, improve the social organization training mechanism and management mechanism, conflict mediation mechanism and establish the public security system.
