Study On The Effect Evaluation And Improvement Of The Project Of "You And I" In C County Children 's Welfare Institute

Huge number of orphans in our country has getting great attention from society; the current orphan’s main parenting types include family foster care and residential care. The residential care contains children’s welfare home care and children department care in social welfare institute. For orphans’ better growth, people from all walks of life focus on their lives by providing them with material help and carrying out various social service projects for orphans. These social service projects have a various themes, hoping to help the lives of the orphans comprehensively.For concentrated feed orphans in the welfare home, various topics of social service projects play a positive role in improving the life skills of the orphans and disabled children in welfare home, enhancing their social adaptability and securing their psychological health. However, these social service projects still need to be improved. No matter in the level of project planning and project personnel or the usage of the internal theory in project, further study and improvement need to be done to enhance the effect of the implementation of the project.The research object of this paper is social services project that carrying out in the welfare home. The author implements the assessment on the project by participating in the project, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods and quasi-experimental evaluation methods. In addition, for the shortage and disadvantages in the project implementation, the author puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the effect promotion.
