Research On Shanghai 's Social Organization' S Participation In Employment Service For The Disabled

Labor and employment, is an important factor of the people’s livelihood. In the background of increasingly diversified employment patterns, there are still some facing employment difficulties and special groups. Among them, the disabled due to health reasons commonly encountered the problem of employment, although the Government at all levels and the relevant functional departments through a variety of ways to actively solve the employment of the handicapped, but compared with the huge demand, the employment service system with the Government as the main body to solve the problem of employment. At present, the employment of the disabled directly affect their own rehabilitation and social integration, is the Government and the concern of the community.Social organizations are rising emerging powers, it is widely active in all aspects of life in today’s society. Society organizations concerned with the backward areas of social development, them also concerned with the vulnerable groups in our society, coupled with the social organization itself was founded and has grass-roots development, compared with the public sector, social organizations can more deeply appreciate the situation of socially vulnerable groups, it is possible more widely accepted. Therefore, in the public services, more and more people began to notice the participation of social organizations.So, in practice, how should society organizations to participate in public service? Society organizations involved in the process of public service what kind of obstacles encountered? How to address these barriers? These problems have become the focus of our research community organizations to participate in public service issues.Therefore, this paper through empirical research, with the in-depth study of social organizations to participate in the employment of the disabled service. First discusses the realistic problem that at present the employment of disabled people;Second, through the way of literature study of the social organization theory basis for participation in the disabled employment service in the realistic demand to carry on the discussion, mainly in theory and in practice to analysis the necessity, the feasibility of the social organization taking part in the service, and social organizations to participate in the analysis of the pros and cons of the disabled employment service.Finally, through the sample ZLGY organization selected to conduct empirical research analysis, summarized the experience and its social organization recommended the disabled employment service practice and participation,and to further promote the social organizations to participate in the employment of the disabled service supply and provide the reference.
