In the present, the government pay more and more attention to the living and welfare guarantee of the disabled, and social security about the disabled including the intellectual disabilities is sounder and sounder, which aids to relieve the burden of the family of the intellectual disabilities and helps them live with guarantee. Most of the intellectual disabilities have lived by "blood transfusion", namely being looked after in the family and get welfare from society, which means that they do not really make their own values. So the intellectual disabilities should live by "hematopoiesis" to make values. We can help them realize their own values by employment service and career training, which is the fundamental solution for the employment of the intellectual disabilities.In this paper, depending on Nanjing NX Sunshine Home, taking the slight youth intellectual disabilities in Nanjing NX Sunshine Home as research objects, using literature, interviews and observation methods, combined with the author’s three months’ internship experience in the service institution, the essential features of the service objects are observed as well as the employment service, the effects are summarized, and status quo of the employment service for the slight youth intellectual disabilities is researched. On the other hand, the disadvantages are summarized as follows:Personalized service is insufficient. The human resources are inadequate.
