Research On Employment Service Of Disabled People's Social Work From The Perspective Of Rehabilitation

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.For people with disabilities,the meaning of employment is more distinctive.The employment of persons with disabilities is to ensure that persons with disabilities can equally participate in social life and share the main manifestation of the achievements of civilized development.In recent years,the party and the government have attached great importance to employment services for disabled persons,and have adopted a series of major measures to promote the development of the cause of disabled persons.Among them,give full play to the professional advantages of social work as an important measure to respond to the diverse needs of persons with disabilities,and strongly support social workers to intervene in specificareas of employment services for persons with disabilities and provide effective professional services.The article is based on the premise of the first public welfare venture project in Hohhot City,combined with specific participation and practical experience,to study the current situation of employment services for persons with disabilities in R institutions and the model of actual service development.There are still many problems.In this regard,from the perspective of professional exploration,social work takes the beneficiary population in the project as the service object,takes on-site observations and interviews at any time,comprehensively understands their urgent needs and dilemmas,and applies professional theoretical methods and practical operations.The unique advantages and role functions provide professional guidance to the organization,improve its service capacity building,assist the disabled to participate in training activities,discover their own internal potential,and enhance the efficiency of smooth employment.At the same time,it also analyzes the employment status,intervention methods and service effectiveness from the perspective of rehabilitation,in-depth discussion of the fit between social work and employment services,and puts forward correspondingstrategic plans to improve the quality of service work.On this basis,evaluate the rehabilitation effect of the disabled in the employment service process,make targeted thinking for improving the disabled employment service system,and promote the comprehensive development of localized disabled social work.
