Inner-party democracy refers to the party members, according to the constitution and other regulations of the party enjoy participating in party affairs, such as decision-making, management and supervision rights. It is of great significance to develop the democracy within the party of the communist party of China eternal vitality and vigor, strengthen its ruling ability construction.Inner-party democracy has always been the concern of the communist party of China and the major problems to be solved. Since China’s reform and opening up, the party’s each generation of leaders for inner-party democracy construction by the theory and practice of exploration, innovation and development of inner-party democracy theory, and obtained creative achievements. This paper investigates the course of Inner-party democracy historically, specifically including the second generation of collective leadership of the recovery and development of inner-party democracy; the third generation of collective leadership of exploration and promote inner-party democracy construction; since the16th national congress of the new central collective leadership to the strengthening of the construction of the inner-party democracy and innovation.Thirdly, we should analyze the force and resistance factors of the construction of the inner-party democracy since the reform and opening up. Analysis of dynamic factors of the construction of the inner-party democracy, the communist party of China can use the dynamic mechanism to promote their own development. Motivation factors include material motivation, subjective motivation, pressure sexual motivation and environment. Analysis of resistance factors of the construction of the inner-party democracy, the communist party of China can overcome obstacles and move forward. Resistance factors include the lack of democratic consciousness of party members, multiple concerns of the party cadres and party members to develop the democracy within the party, relative lag of inner-party democracy theory study, imperfect of inner-party democracy and the mechanism, condition of the organizational structure and power structure.Finally, we should think deeply to strengthen the construction of the communist party of China inner-party democracy.
