A Study On The Problem Of Joint Village In Rural Society In China

With the rapid development of China’s economic and social aspects of traditional ruralsocial structure, stakeholder relations, ideology and values have changed dramatically, theoriginal rural social management has become increasingly unable to meet the new situation andsocial development in rural areas requires urgent need of reform and innovation of rural socialmanagement. In this paper, Zoucheng, Shandong Province village level to carry out the "threefull coverage" as the representative of the work to analyze operational mechanism andcharacteristics of residency joint household, and to explore the role of social management workin rural towns and villages in the joint household work, research cadre residency question andthe reason appears to provide a reference for the social management of innovation in ruralareas.
