In recent years, with the development of city management, Wuxi city XishanDistrict Urban Management Department has made outstanding contributions inthe management of the city. But due to historical, realistic reason, at present thereare many problems in Xishan District, undocumented vendors management aspect,the contradiction and the conflict between urban management and undocumentedvendors are also very common, presents great challenges to the Xishan District streetvendor management mode.This paper analysis method, field survey method, comparative analysis and othermethods of literature, the service-oriented government theory, humanisticmanagement theory, under the guidance of the theory, starting from the XishanDistrict, undocumented vendors management status, combined with the analysis ofXishan area in the northeast, north, East Tang tin the three towns, street vendormanagement mode from a practical point of view, explore the Xishan areaundocumented vendors, existing problems in the management of. According to theseproblems, this article from the six aspects of legal, management, personnel quality,public participation, vendors and media of detailed analysis of the reasons.In the course of the study, this paper draws on the advanced experience ofmanagement in Thailand, Hongkong and France, vendor management, according tothe existing problems in the management of Xishan City, starting from the basicprinciples, main measures and pay attention to three issues, to explore a suitable forXishan area development undocumented vendors management mode.
