| The new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship is not only an important way to solve their own employment problems,but also an effective measure to drive local economic development and promote the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Fujin City has taken various effective measures to support migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment,taking into account its own development reality.This article takes Fujin City as an example and takes the rural revitalization strategy as the research background to study the practical difficulties faced by the new generation of migrant workers in the process of returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.It uses actual research data to objectively reflect the willingness characteristics of the new generation of farmers to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and further uses empirical models to analyze their influencing factors and existing problems,providing opinions and references for local governments to help the new generation of migrant workers return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,It is of great significance for attracting the new generation of migrant workers in Fujin City to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,improving the success rate of entrepreneurship,driving rural economic development,and promoting the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies.This article is based on literature analysis,field investigation,and econometric analysis as the main analysis methods,and conducts in-depth research on the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Fujin City to return home and start businesses under the rural revitalization strategy.By using a multiple ordered logistic regression model to empirically study the factors that affect the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Fujin City to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,it was found that rural revitalization policies such as fiscal subsidies,financial loans,tax exemptions,and entrepreneurship training policies positively affect entrepreneurial willingness,while social capital such as family visits,friend support,human assistance,villagers’ cohesion,and social networks positively affect entrepreneurial willingness,entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial knowledge Entrepreneurship skills and entrepreneurial qualities have a positive impact on entrepreneurial willingness.At the same time,the comprehensive value of rural revitalization policy,social capital and entrepreneurial literacy also shows an important driving role in the entrepreneurial willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Fujin City.This result is still valid after the robustness test.Furthermore,through heterogeneity analysis,it was found that there are significant differences in the impact of rural revitalization policies,social capital,and entrepreneurial literacy on the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers with different levels of risk preference and education to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.Based on the above research,this article believes that improving the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Fujin City to return home and start businesses should start from three aspects: strengthen government responsibilities and implement supportive policies,creating a good entrepreneurial environment for the new generation of migrant workers,and relying on social capital to innovate the new generation of migrant workers’ entrepreneurial models.The new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship is an important way to solve the contradiction between advanced and underdeveloped areas,as well as the imbalance and insufficient development between urban and rural areas.It is also an important means to solve social problems such as empty nests in rural areas,left behind children and the elderly,and an important lever for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.With the continuous deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,we should continue to pay attention to the issue of the new generation of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship in the future,and find effective ways to enhance their willingness to return home for entrepreneurship. |
