Three rural issues(agriculture,rural development and farmers)have emerged due to our country's unique national condition.Three rural issues are reflected in the process of the transition from planned economy to market economy,and the social transformation from traditional agriculture to modern industrial society.Issues of rural migrant workers are the subject matter in three rural issues,migrant workers problem are not just themselves.The peasant workers' problem has been much emphasized for its close relationship with the farmers' interest,urban and rural economic development and social stability and security.Because of the presence of city-countryside dual division society structure,at present,there are many difficulties in integrating migrant workers into cities,such as housing,children education,medical care and security,etc.These disadvantageous factors force migrant workers to return home,and this tendency is enlarged due to the financial crisis of 2008.Many enterprises cut job opportunities even go bankrupt in these bad economic times.Under the background of this society,some migrant workers take this opportunity to return back to their hometown to find new business opportunities.Some returned peasant laborers continue to attain new job opportunities and realize reemployment,the other "elite" crowd stand out and choose to use the funds,contacts,experience,and technology accumulated from outside work to start their own businesses.Return migration for self-business not only solves the population pressure in the cities,but also solves the problem of surplus labors in the countryside.All sectors of society are actively trying to promote the progress of rural migrant workers return home for self-business in order to make full use of the country's resources,construct beautiful countryside,and develop rural economy.This article takes new generation migrant workers as research target based on abundant collected documents and the combination of questionnaire survey and interviews.This article indicates the current status of relatively small groups of new generation migrant workers first,then analyze the factors that affect their development and hereby proposes some corresponding strategies finally.This article includes the following sections:Section 1 introduces the background and significance of return migration for self-business first.Based on the literature reviews on the domestic and overseas new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns,this article presents a research method.Finally,the innovations and possible inadequacies of the article are summarized.Section 2 presents the definitions of new generation of migrant workers,returning home for self-business.And the theoretical basis of this article is introduced based on human capital theory,theory of population migrant and push-pull theory.Section 3 indicates and analyzes the current development status of new generation of migration for self-business with their gender,marital status,migrant work time,business location,industry choice included.This part analyzes the factors that affect new generation of migration for self-business and establishes an impact factor theme indicator framework.Section 4 promotes one theoretical assumption to analyze the relationship between key factors and the return migration for self-business based on logistic model.Section 5 gives some suggestions and strategies for returning migration for self-business in view of results in Section 4.The last part of conclusion and outlook is the simple summary of the thesis and provides the possible direction for further study.
