A Study On The Cultural Adaptation Of Minority Ecological Immigration

Ecological migration refers to immigration project implemented by the government in order to protect the area ecosystem or in order to make the ecological fragile district residents out of poverty. This article is to study the T’s acculturation situation and the problems of adaptation in the process of ecological migration, and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to the problem as the main line. Based on field survey on T, the author from: ecological migration way of living, daily life and spiritual life these three aspects in this paper to analyze the existing situation of immigrants and the factors that affect immigrant cultural adaptation. Think about T’s problems of adaptation in the process of ecological migration and to find useful advice for immigrants.This paper mainly discusses the basic theory of ecological migration and acculturation. Secondly, according to the method of literature to collect both at home and abroad about the ecological migration and the acculturation of ethnic ecological emigration to the current research status, analysis and summarizes the trend of the research and establish this paper’s direction. Design idea and method of research according to the acculturation situation in T. Field survey in the land of T, using the method of questionnaire, interview to collect data, combining the qualitative quantitative. Finally, summarizes the existing situation of immigrants and the factors that affect immigrant cultural adaptation in T and analysis the acculturation of migration and the cultural adaptation problems existing in the T’s ecological emigration based on ecological migration way of living, daily life and spiritual life three aspects’ research. According to the national conditions and the actual situation of T, this paper put forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the ecological immigrant acculturation mainly from the aspects of the government.About T’s ecological immigrant ethnic minority cultural adaptation problems, the author will put forward the following suggestions or measures: First, to provide more jobs and improve the relevant skills training and employment guidance. Second, set up the immigration appeal channels. Third, improve the level of immigration culture.Fourth, develop immigration traditional festival. drive the settlements of tourism economy.
