In recent years, with the rapid development of power industry and great improvement of production capability & economic efficiency, the industry information construction finds that it is hard to keep up with the pace of the development of industry itself because of the adoption of traditional manual mode management, slow and fallible hand-kept of real time data in production field, incomplete function of the industry ERP supply chain, and lack of the comprehensive track of battery, which goes against the recycle of battery and does harm to the environmental conservation. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a bar code tracking management system by using the bar code technology.Based on the workshop production process of Zhejiang Narada Power Co., Ltd, the requirement of industries and problems existing in the industry, this thesis proposes a data acquisition scheme which is appropriate for employees'operation, designs and develops a bar code tracking management system. The main contents of this thesis are outlined as follows.Initially, the background and trend of development of bar code automatic identification technosphere is stated. Moreover, a brief introduction of the history, advantages and the application in manufacturing of bar code automatic identification technology are given. Furthermore, we categorize bar codes in detail by various code rules.Subsequently, the bar code flow in industry production process is analyzed detailedly and a data acquisition scheme suited for employees'operation is presented. On the one hand, the code rule of industry bar codes is established. On the other hand, the functional requirement of JBA188 collector is analyzed. Meanwhile, we develop corresponding functional modules and display some procedure code design steps.Consequently, from aspects of the demand analysis, detailed design and data base design, the design of bar code tracking management system is addressed. Firstly, problems existing in industries and the goal required by the system are stressed, and the demand of industries is also analyzed. Secondly, the detail design of the entire system is given in modularization by UML modeling language. Lastly, the data base design of the system is demonstrated from the sides of system's demand analysis and logical structure design.After that, the whole bar code tracking management system is realized via following the ideas and methods of Object-Oriented Programming. Mainly, the typical Delphi three-layer (C/S) structure is adopted during the design of the entire system structure. Moreover, the design of the data base server, the application program server and client are also given, particularly.Ultimately, by using bar code technology for real time information acquisition, the proposed bar code tracking management system has a fine practical application in industry production field. And actual results show that the proposed system improves enterprise's production efficiency and optimizes enterprise's decision.Furthermore, industry's green manufacturing is implemented. Most importantly, the industry can bring with him good economic benefits.
