The communication nowadays became a plate impossible to circumvent in the field of the development of science and technology, especially the priceless importance which requires in the field of safety, the scientific research program and the use of the services in the business world. Transmitting a packet of signal in a transmission channel deserves that the quality of service increased between the nodes of communications. This treatment of signal and increase in the bandwidth of the system contributes the performance of the network. This present thesis of research lies within the scope of the 'Performance Analysis of Routing in Ad hoc Mobile Networks'.Mobile Ad hoc Network is a concept in computer communications, which means that users wanting to communicate with each other form a temporary network, without any form of centralized administration. Each node participating in the network acts both as a host as well as a router and must therefore be able to forward packets for other nodes. For this purpose, a route protocol is needed. In this case we have used Dynamic Source Routing (DSR), Ad hoc On-Demand Vector (AODV) and several protocols other. The application process of the protocol routing using Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANET) depends on its reactive class. To evaluate its performance, we have to carry out a basis of research which we can use to enable it to make the general classification of Ad hoc Mobile Networks in two large parts (the simple and complex case) with different the protocols possible each to adapt to specific environment. The third part discussed is the simulation for the determination of the site of a station of relay of communication with the points of intersection and the zones of ray for the transmission of the signal from one destination and some mathematical equations and the algorithm of the program using visual BASIC.Parallel to this program, we have to use Protocol Dynamic Source Routing in a Java Programming language to which we have to carry out algorithm to apply the method of Socket (Input/Output) for Set Message and Get Message. At the end, GloMoSim (Global Mobile Simulation Information system) crowns the success of a true communication of connection between the nodes. This describes also the performance of our work has through the scalability of the number of nodes used during our simulation.
