As the computer network developing rapidly, wireless network and mobile network have become popular and the direction of the future network, more and more persons hopes enter Internet and enjoy the network service by moving. The proposition of MIPv6 protocol makes the mobile node can enjoy new network resource and keep with in fact connection of the old network while entering the new network, it doesn't need to change its own IP address. The MIPv6 protocol will become the basic protocol in IPv6 network of future generation.The key technology of MIPv6 protocol mainly lies in handover and moving safety. Fast Handovers for Mobile IPv6 (FMIPv6) and Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 mobility management (HMIPv6) were proposed to Improve the performance of handover and shorten the latency of handover from different respects. But there is certain disparity with practical application, because MIPv6 protocol hasn't got the managing mechanism of the network resources and information. At present, the domestic and international insiders researched how to used AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) to complete the authentication, authorization and accounting in MIPv6 system, when the Mobile Node enter the new network. Reality, AAA and MIPv6 are separate, establish one's own system, their working increases the handover latency of MIPv6.This paper's main content is the fast handover of MIPv6 and the syncretic problem of fast handover and AAA system. After analyzing MobileIPv6, HMIPv6 and FMIPv6, the project of Fast Handover for Hierarchical MIPv6 (F-HMIPv6) was proposed, the handover performance and security performance was researched and analyzed. On this basis,this paper describes the new protocol model, message format and protocol operations of AAA F-HMIPv6 and provides the structural model of the AAA F-HMIPv6 system.
