In the field of the Tracking,Telemetry and Command(TT&C),the technology of deep-space control is always in the forefront of technological development.To meet the needs of the high-precision distance measurement of the deep-space USB(Unified S Band) system,this paper presents a new PLL implementation architecture based on frequency measurement and the second mixer with high-precision.The principle of the PLL is discussed systematically at first.Then the main factors which have impact on the accuracy of distance and speed measurement are analyzed in the following.What's more,the hardware platform design of the receiver based on FPGA is also completed in this paper.Finally,the high dynamic IF-digitalized receiver and its system integration are completed.In the laboratory environment,the actual measurement of equivalent noise bandwidth of the PLL is 0.1 Hz,and it works stably when the input CNR is 20 dBHz. This digital PLL with high-precision meets the needs of the system design and the relevant parameters well.
