| With the developing of the intelligent construction, the research on the networked control technology of the central air-conditioner has been becoming an important subject.The laboratory construction is an important experimental part in Higher Vocational and Technical Education. This paper also presented an Environment Intelligent Control Laboratory's function, air-conditioner designing, control strategy, control network structure, control software and man-machine interface, debugging process, running parameters, etc. In this laboratory, a typical networked building Environment control system is set up, which is a experimental platform for both teaching and scientific research, so the distribution control technology and computer network control technology are successfully applied in the practical engineering.The research on the method of the temperature control for the building environment is representative in all parameter controls for the central air-conditioner. This paper illustrates the refrigerant circulation process, as well as the humid air processing procedure. Based on the elementary knowledge, the mathematic model for the temperature object in the air-conditioned room is proposed in this paper, and its control strategy is studied according to the dynamic characteristic of the temperature object. With respect to the advanced Variable air Volume System, the serial control rule of the room temperature, PID and PI adjusting rule and the related computer programming algorithmic flow, as well as the parameter configuration of serial control are deeply investigated, respectively. |
