| With the development of digital communication technologies, the digitalization of broadcasting and television system has been generally undergoing. Among the whole DTV network system, the digitalization of DTV front-end equipments is a very important part, which includes many key digital equipments and technologies, like digital satellite receiver, MPEG-2 digital decoder, transport stream multiplexer, digital modulator, etc. For the TV station of every province and city, an efficient and convenient remote network management of its subordinate DTV front-end equipments is needed to improve its abilities in operating, serving and competing. Therefore, the development of network management(NM) software which is reliable, opening, flexible and adaptable, is helpful for TV stations to realize centralizing monitoring and managing.This paper introduces the design and implementation of DTV multiplexer modulator network management(NM) software and single frequency network(SFN) adapter software. Both these software have strong network management features, while with short development cycle, developing low-risk, high reliability and high cost-effective, fully in line with network management requirements of DTV front-end equipment.First of all, this paper describes the background to the development of DTV, as well as network management software features of the mainstream front-end equipments; then describes the SNMP in detail used in the design of network management software of the DTV multiplex modulator; then, discusses the digital TV multiplex modulator SNMP Agent in detail for the overall software design methods and key algorithms; Finally, discusses software design of single frequency network(SFN) adapter, highlighting the embedded multi-threaded mechanism, and network management communication strategy.At present, the graduation design has been completed successfully, the DTV multiplex modulator and the single frequency network adapter have passed through the network management test, and have given the overall good performance. However, there are still some shortcomings of these software, so this paper also have been summarized and made further refined and improved comments. |
