Research To The Coordinated Development Of Trade And Environment In Industrial Parks In China

After China entering WTO, the sustainable development of trade has been put on the discussing agenda. The sustainable development of trade requires trade development must be coordinated with the environment because of the growth of trade is decided by the resources and the ecological environment supporting capacity. Therefore, we can't put all emphasis on the rising of trade that maybe destroys the balanced ecologicalenvironment. As we known, the good ecological environment is the base that the trade can realize its sustainable development. The industrial parks of our country have been playing an increasingly important role in our country's foreign trade and economic development since beginning to be set up as the result of reform and opening-up policy. But with the rapid development and the improper management policies of industrial parks, the problems between trade and environment are prominent day by day.This text has taken Qingdao industrial parks as an example. Through comparing the status between Qingdao industrial parks and Qingdao non-industrial parks, I try to analyze the problems existed in Qingdao industrial parks at present and discuss the necessity to the coordination of trade and environment in China. Meanwhile, through the further analysis to the problem of trade and environment in industrial parks, I put forward some questions. At the same time, I think over the development tendency of industrial parks and use some principles, such as ecological economic theory, circular economic theory and "Closes-open" theory, to have some further analysis to the development of industrial parks. After the concrete analysis, I think one of the important policies to promote the rapid development of trade and environment is to have some innovations in industrial parks. I hope to promote the further development of industrial parks and achieve the goal to the combination between the trade and environment.This text use two research ways, the empirical analysis and the canonical parse, to find the reasons to the present problems and the solution by analyzing the data of Qingdao industrial parks.
