| With the continuous development of D company's business,the original supplier has not enough resources(including manpower,equipment,facilities,technology,etc.)to meet the requirements of D company introduce the new product project,consumer demand is further subdivided and upgrade of industrial structure,in order to launch a new design,improve product quality and meet the needs of consumers,to occupy the market share of D company facing the urgent task to develop new suppliers,this paper intends to combine D company S brand wine project to choose the appropriate new supplier project,use the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),the selection of new supplier evaluation method to make further study.In this paper,first of all,the first chapter summarizes the D company currently encountered in the process of new product development present situation,the research of the problem and then the second chapter introduce the basic situation of D company,the main characteristics of the new product project and new supplier selection method and the current problems we are facing In the third chapter,the paper on how to set up the supplier evaluation supplier selection evaluation model,and define the evaluation indicators Paper in the fourth chapter,the third chapter puts forward the model and the evaluation indexes,through Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to calculate and check,reasonable set the weight of each index,in order to suit the development strategy of company D In the fifth chapter,according to the fourth chapter gives the index weight,the paper evaluate the Dreening of new supplier,and analyzes the implementation effect,further improvements are put forward.This paper puts forward the effective method to solve the choice of new supplier evaluation,and verified in the practical implementation of the research results of this paper can be used for reference in the new supplier selection assessment method. |
