Firstly, this paper retrospect the origins of the theories of strategic marketing. Strategy marketing is coming into being gradually along with the market economy's development and the variety of market's environment. This paper introduced the basic trait of theories of strategic marketing. Strategic marketing pay more attention to five factors, the advantage of competition ,the variety of environment ,farsighted future, traditional marketing and the need of consumer. Put forward the countermeasure to carry out strategic marketing. Secondly, the paper introduced two very important theories which are Value Chain and Customer Delivered Value in the strategic marketing. Finally, this paper in-depth analyze macroscopic environment and microcosmic environment of the large paper-making enterprises of our country, study the actuality and trait of the large paper-making enterprises of our country. By applying SWOT Matrix , bring forward the basic countermeasure to implement strategic marketing .For example, Increase the products'value of our large paper-making enterprises, guide and satisfy the customer's demand, accelerate the step of products'innovation and technology's innovation , provide the products which customer really demand for market. Set up a responsible image for society. Pay more attention to resolve the problem of environment pollution. Adjust enterprise construction and magage the enterprise with group mode; Promote the whole customer's value and lower the whole customer's cost .
