Research On Modern Logistical Strategy Of Large Paper-making Enterprises In Shandong Province

With the opening to the outside world, many new ideas are spreading to China constantly, making great influence upon Chinese enterprises. For example, the word of logistics, is not well-known yet until now by some Chinese people. However, logistics is becoming very important nowadays. Because during the great economic development in China, many enterprises including paper-making companies have been introducing high technology and modern equipment to lower down their cost, but the producing cost is not able to be decreased to nothing, then the factors that may influence the cost, but other than the producing cost is being highly focused on, thus modern logistical management is just among the most direct and important factors. The paper-making enterprises in Shandong Province have also realized the problems in modern logistical management.For this reason, this thesis makes research on modern logistical strategy. And the thesis is composed of five parts as following,First of all, the idea of logistics is introduced, which is originally used in the military area, and later used in economic field, and then the classification and function of modern logistics are briefed.Secondly, the development condition of logistics both in the western world and China are introduced and compared.Thirdly, there is a brief introduction on paper-making enterprises in Shandong Province, with lots of statistical data. And a conclusion that the paper-making enterprises in Shandong Province are very potential and important to the overall economy of Shandong is reached. Therefore, compared with other paper-making companies in the developed countries, for example, the U.S and Japan, there are still large difference and serious problems in the aspect of logistics of theabove-mentioned paper-making enterprises, but it's worthwhile to pay more attention to narrower the difference and tackle the problems.Fourthly, the general logistical strategic objective is put forward, and the main kinds of logistical strategy are listed, then a practical logistical strategy is introduced that the paper-making enterprises should practice, which is named double-circle integrated strategy, or the integrated supply chain management strategy. And the supply model is decided accordingly.Last but not least, some policies and measures are introduced in this thesis, which may be useful for some paper-making enterprises in Shandong Province.
