Citizen Participation System In City Administration

With the development of economy and globality and democratization, the existing public administration system is facing baptism and challenge. In face of these challenge and development, citizen participation becomes one of these new ways to solve the problems and becomes the hot topic in administration research. So this paper will study how to build citizen participation system in city administration. And the nuclear point of this paper is that we should built long-term, effective and interact citizen participation system.This paper is composed of five parts: the first part gathers up total study status; the second part introduces the theory and law basic and significance of citizen participation; the third part discusses the value of citizen participation in city administration; the fourth part analyses the actuality and problems of citizen participation in China; the last part studies how to build long-term, effective and interact citizen participation system in city administration in detail. The five parts form the systemic research on the building of citizen participation system in Chinese city administration.
