Research On The Green Supply Chain Management In Manufacturing Corporations

The waking up of realization worldwide results in the concept of environment protection brought in the supply chain management. How to make best use of resources and reduce the side-effect manufacturing exerts on environment has caught the foreign and domestic scholars' attention. And the green supply chain is a new management mode to solve this focused problem.In the phase of theoretic explanation, starting from the request of manufacturing corporations in new era and the present research situation of green supply chain, this papar analyzes the reason why we should implement green supply chain and profuse connotations of the definition, factors and characteristics of green supply chain. Then, by mathematical methods, the paper study the relationship between the final goal of green supply chain system and producing subsystem, consuming subsystem, logistics subsystem as well as environment subsystem, build corresponding management mode and advance a way for the manufacturing corporations to implement green supply chain management considering native condition of China.In the phase of application, referring to the basic thought of lifecycle theory, the paper divides the green supply chain management into three management subsystems including producing, consuming and logistics, and probes from all aspects into the concrete tactics of how to realize green supply chain management in manufacturing corporations by applying comprehensively the relevant managementmethods of industrial bionomics, logistics and supply chain so as to do a profound research on compatibility and coordination between manufacturing corporations and environment.Basing on that, the paper designs a mode aiming at judging the green degree of supply chain management in manufacturing corporations by fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, bring forward five main criteria including resource attribute, energy attribute, economic benefit, social attribute by combining economic criteria of corporation development and environment criteria, and moreover concretize all criteria to form a multi-hierarchy evaluation criteria system, which provides green supply chain management decision-making in manufacturing corporations with theoretical foundation. Finally, with this mode the paper demonstrate the green degree of the supply chain of FZ Technologies Corporation, a typical representation in the field of computer manufacturing in China, thus get some suggestion on comprehensive marking and amelioration, and verify the rationality and maneuverability of this evaluation system.
