With the period of "The Twelfth Five-Year" which China has entered, environmental protection and green development have been paid more widespread and profound attention, and "low-carbon economy" has become a hot topic during the two sessions. FAHP theory and data mining technology are given for green degree in the supply chain, the basic design idea and the process of learning algorithm are explained.At first, reviews related literatures about the data mining, green supply chain management and green degrees. Secondly, basing on relevant research results and according to the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise environment management system standard ISO14031, constructs the supply chain enterprise greenness evaluation index system from four aspects which are environmental performance indicators, energy performance index, economic performance index and enterprise's greening level to follow the principle like systematic, feasibility, comparability and the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation. Finally, selects evaluation method with regard to green degree, and then uses the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the evaluation model of enterprise green degrees in the supply chain.Then, proposes a classification model of multivariate decision tree based on rough set, focuses on the data mining decision tree algorithm (ID3, C4.5 and CART algorithm), information systems and decision-making table, data preprocessing methods based on rough set and conditions attribute reduction of decision-making table, proposes a algorithm combining rough set and decision tree, uses the concept of relative positive region to constructing a decision tree to simplify the process of using information entropy, which greatly improve the efficiency. Lastly,14 enterprises at the same supply chain were selected in high-tech industry development area in Tianjin to explain the application of method, access to an effective green degree classification rules, the strategy and measures basing on the results of the model are given to enhance the green degree, so this study has both theoretical and realistic significance.
