Study On The Evaluation Of Enterprise Green Behaviors In Manufacturing Supply Chain: Based On The Analysis Network Process

In fifteen years after China entering the twenty-first century, Chinese economy has been rapidly developed; people’s living standards have been greatly improved. However, while the economy taking off rapidly we also pay a heavy price on Resources and Environment. For example, the mist weather around the country in recent years is a typical problem of environmental pollution. Driven by the traditional supply chain management concepts, companies seek to maximize the economic interests of their own as well as those of the entire supply chain without taking the bearing capacity of the environment into account. Facing with the environmental pressures and resource constraints, the international laws and regulations, the improvement of the consumer awareness of environmental protection, and the need of the development of circular economy, Chinese government and enterprises have to change the past developing way which developed its economy at the expense of the environment. Promoting corporate green behavior management in all aspects of the entire manufacturing supply chain can effectively improve the environmental performance of the manufacturing supply chain. Therefore, we should change the traditional supply chain management concepts, and add the environmental dimension into the manufacturing supply chain management, which has an outstanding practical significance.In this paper, we put the companies green behaviors in manufacturing supply chain as a research object. We try to combine the manufacturing supply chain and the corporate green behaviors together. We focused on how to evaluate the environmental performance effectively in the manufacturing supply chain. First, we do some study on elaborating the theory of manufacturing supply chain, of corporate green behaviors and network analysis, which is used to establish the evaluation model later. Then we design a highly interconnected evaluating Index system in five aspects, green procurement and supplying, green manufacturing, green logistics, green marketing and green technology. This evaluating Index system includes both qualitative and quantitative indicators. Basing on the analysis network process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, then we establish an evaluation model on evaluating environmental performance of green enterprise behaviors in manufacturing supply chain. Finally, we take a joint automobile manufacturing company, M company, as an example to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model. We compute data with the help of the mat lab software and supper decision software. In the Empirical Analysis of the automobile manufacturing supply chain, we put forward some recommendations for improvement on the shape of green corporate culture, the promotion of clean production, and the establishment of corporate environmental management system and the development of new green product.
