Game And Trust Analysis On Enterprises' Relationship Of Supply Chain

Since 1980s' Supply chain management is becoming a totally new management mode. It depends on the close cooperation of enterprises in supply chain, so the chain could answer the changeful demands of consumer quickly. But the enterprises in supply chain are independent on each other, so there will be conflict among those enterprises. Both cooperation and competition exist in relationships among the enterprises, which is the basic characteristic of supply chain. How to construct the collaborative mechanism is an important issue in supply chain management. The objective of the paper aims at enhancing the efficiency of the supply chain. Game theory is utilized as the main tools to analyze the selection of totally cooperation and collaborative competition in supply chain. We focus on the tactics of the enterprises in supply chain and how it affects that relationship.Firstly, the dissertation reviews the literatures of scholars both domestic and overseas, which studies the supply chain from game theory point of view. The author points out some deficiency of these literatures, Such as lack of the study from the process of supply chain; and lack of the literature on supply chain which has unsymmetrical structure, especially when retailer dominate the supply chain; and there are not much research on allocation mechanism of cooperation. Author tries to do some research on these issues. Then, the paper analyzes some concepts of supply chain. Author points out the difference of relationships between traditional and modern supply chain. Then we discuss both non-cooperative and cooperative game theory in supply chain and that is main body of the dissertation. It includes demonstrates the low efficiency of non-cooperative game with complete information dynamic game model; and analyzes the priority of retailer in modern commercial competition with incomplete information static game model. As for the part of cooperative game, author put forward a collaborative mechanism from the whole process of supply chain management, which includes the establishment, operation, and allocation of the supply chain. In this part, we also demonstrate the long-term relationships among enterprises in supply chain with repeated game model. At last, we find that different expectation could lead to the different equilibrium, so the result of the game is uncertain. To release that uncertainty and facilitate the cooperation, the enterprises of supply chain should set up trusts for each other. So we analyze the definition of trust in supply chain. We further discuss how to establish trust in supply chain management, and how to build the system of procedure equality. It also includes the construction of the external mechanism which can promote the trust.
