The transformation of rural labors from agriculture to non-agriculture is an important measure of the surplus labor's full employment and increasing their family income ,while choice of the way that obtains the non-agricultural employment is the key link of it .This thesis takes Xinfan county in Chengdu as an example to research how the peasants realize this kind of the transformation from the angle of organization form which refers how the peasants choose the organization form to re-allocation of human capital.Under the frame of inframarginal analysis, this thesis applies the transaction cost theory and the social capital theory to analyze peasants' choice of the different organizations and the various levels of the organization, also it combines questionnaire investigation and case interview to make an empirical research. On this base, this thesis probes the improvement trend of human capital allocation, also it makes some advice how the peasants realize the human capital allocation effectively.There are four chapters in this thesis as following:Chapter one: On the basis of the research documents survey ,it puts forward the theme of the thesis, the frame of analysis and relevant research hypothesis.Chapter two: Elaborating the theory frame of peasants' human capital allocation that is inframarginal analysis, transaction cost theory and the social capital theory .Chapter three: It takes Xinfan county in Chengdu as an example to analyze the reason of the peasants' choice of the different organizations and makes marginalanalysis of the chosen organization.Chapter four: On the basis of summing up this thesis research achievement, this thesis probes the improvement trend of peasants' human capital allocation, also it makes some advice on how the peasants realize the human capital allocation effectively.
