With the development of market economy, buyer's market character is getting distinct more and more. Excellent salespersons are vital in the process of pursuing profit to enterprises. Due to their strong competing power, their bargain ability often overmatches corporations. Although they have keen self-motivation sense, if enterprises can't satisfy top-salespersons' indeed needs, they probably leave. As far as they are concerned, they have achieved excellent grades, it is vital and necessary to motivate and contain their positivity. Modern management advocates humanization, and the study about different motivation means embodies this trend, aiming at different top-salespersons.This paper is based on the theory of motivation, takes empirical research by means of investigation and interview, and it analyzes through cases and points out influential factors, principles, typical manners and points out what we should pay attention to. The paper draws conclusion as follows: motivation aims at top-salespersons should be based on the abundant income. Enterprises and supervisors had better supply them with acceptance, respect, and praise so as to meet their demands as the sense of accomplishment & self-worth, by means of spirit motivation, object motivation, training motivation, warrant motivation, career program, etc.
