Research On Promoting The Use Effect Of Excellent Performance Model Of Anhui Tongguan Copper Foil Co.,Ltd.

The pursuit of excellence in performance management is the trend of management development in the 21st century.With the acceleration of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition,China' s electronic materials industry are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Many enterprises have gradually realized that learning and quoting advanced management methods is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises.Excellent Performance Model is widely recognized and widely adopted in the world as a comprehensive performance management model of the organization.It is recognized as an effective way to improve organizational performance and enhance the competitiveness of the world-class successful enterprises.Therefore,the in-depth study of the Excellent Performance Model and its practical application in China's electronic materials industry has practical guiding significance for accelerating the development of enterprises in China's electronic materials industry and improving the profitability of enterprises.This research takes Anhui Tongguan Copper Foil Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Copper Foil Company")as the research object.Firstly,it clarifies the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research summaries,research ideas,methods,contents and innovation points.Then it introduces the concept,idea,framework and related theories of Excellence Performance Model and the concept of ACSI.According to the framework of Excellent Performance Model,this paper analyses the implementation process of the Excellent Performance Model of Copper Foil Company,that is,from six aspects:leadership,strategy,customers and market,resources,process management,measurement and analysis and improvement,to analyze the current situation of the implementation of the Excellent Performance Model of Copper Foil Company.The main problems in the implementation of the Excellent Performance Model of Copper Foil Company are the lack of scientific strategy control and the one-sided customer satisfaction survey.Finally,the solutions to these problems are to build a scientific strategic management system and to use ACSI to survey customer satisfaction.This paper analyses the current situation and problems encountered by Copper Foil Company in the implementation of Excellent Performance Model,and puts forward countermeasures to improve it.It provides a reference for enterprises in China's electronic materials industry how to better solve the existing problems in the implementation of Excellent Performance Model.
