Job involvement is a very important guide line of job attitude. From which we can get much information about job pressure, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Presently domestic scholars only have very litter research on job involvement. Civil research are also reference to the foreign measurements. By combining interviews and questionnaires, this paper measures and compares the employees' job involvement based on questionnaire I designed.The major contributions of this paper are as follows:(1) Job involvement includes Four ingredients: Interests oriented, job zealousness, psychological self-identity and active participation.(2) The review of the questionnaires' reliability and validity indicates the questionnaires are effective and reliable.(3) The employees' job involvement has distinct difference among ages and position.Partly differences also exist in company's character and employee's sex.On these differences, this paper offers some constructive suggestions. |
