| Complying with the trends of Vacation Tour in the global tourism market, in order to provide practical strategies and ideas about transforming China traditional tourism industrial structure, This dissertation emphasizes the importance of strategic choice of the national tourist vacation resorts, which are the pioneers in China vacation tour products providers. Based on the basic concept and attributes, this research mainly begins from exploring the relations between the national tourist vacation resorts in China and the multinational strategic alliances, with the help of positive research method. On the one hand, the author illustrates the successful experience of oversea vacation resort as reference, on the other hand, this article analyzed Suzhou Xukou Tourist Vacation Resorts, one of the national tourist vacation resorts in China, as a case study to examine the reason and method of combining China national tourist vacation resorts with multinational strategic alliances and proposed some relevant coping strategies and practices. Through certain analyses, this paper comes to a conclusion that multinational strategic alliance is the practical strategic choice for the China national tourist vacation resorts at present. |
