China is one of countries which has the most people in the world .In the past twenty years, its national economics has also taken out a rapid increasment and the success of revolution and open has come to light by earthing .So, as a kind of modernized vehicle , airplane behave to become pet of Chinese demos . The quotient of civil aviation has also a increasing degrees in the traffic industry. As people's income and standard of living has become so good that more and more of them have ability to abandon bump as well as footle way of traffic such as railway and road, and that they choose airplane to spend journey of brevity and comfortable instead.This paper takes form of analyzing cases, Southern airline group's general situation is introduced in the case , and also the present manage situation of Southern airline group is presented comprehensively and systematic .In the analyzing part of case , the Southern airline group's state of manage is analyzed with stratagem management ,management theory ,manpower resource theory and market distribution theory , and also its advantage , eakness ,opportunities ,rivals is analyzed comprehensively by the way of SWOT. On this condition constitutes dimensions management and development strategy for non-difference market , constitutes feature manage and serving strategy for non-difference market , exerted to exploit market by sales promotion strategy , increasing release value of buyer, based international aviation alliance , realization science action of group , thereby breeds and develops core competition strength of Southern , on the competing market Southern airline group has a long haul competition advantage.Southern airline group is the target of study in this paper and the strategy applied for management and market distribution is not only a guidance for Southern airline group but also a new method and train of thought for many aviation enterprise's market distribution and management.
