We are faced with great challenge in 2006 because finance is opening all-around after joining WTO. China Banking is deficiency inborn and teeter as national economy vitals. Our commerce bank bases itself upon and develops in competition none but transforming management idea and innovation in finance servings. State commerce bank quickens the innovation step one after another, breaks loose from special bank system, and stabilities domain relying on profound foundation for years. In order to improve its competition and try for more development in furious competition, Bank of communication Nanjing branch went along downsizing innovation and introduced into overseas strategic collaborator in 2004.It is imminence problem to solve that inhere management and distribution pattern is not adaptive.Besides that the paper introduces stratagem and tactics management of traditional commerce bank market management and distribution theory, the paper introduces bank management and distribution administration supervision theory and introduces client relation management theory. From management and distribution status in quo in Bank of communication Nanjing branch we review the problem arising from management and distribution administration supervision in nowadays downsizing innovation. We analyze the history and status quo of Bank of communication Nanjing branch and analyze macroscopical and microcosmic condition of market management and distribution by SWOT analytical method. We find existent problem of management and distribution tactics in existence in Bank of communication Nanjing branch. At last, the paper put forward material innovation measure in management and distribution tactics and client relation management and management and distribution administration supervision.
