The article, entitled "China's Human Resources Management facing the intellectual economy", focuses its analysis on the main factors which influence the thorough engagement of china's human resources management, searching for the causes and explanations to which the human resources management fails to exert its ought-to be functions. This study is of great significance to have an understanding of the problems and to solve them. Man's comprehensive development is one of the important contents of Marxism philosophy. On the different occasions of the history, many scholars have focused their attention on the comprehensive development of human beings, making a deep and systematic analysis. The time which approaches the knowledge economy today gives prominence to man's values and positions, especially when it comes to the terms of human resources management, man's role can't be omitted. As is known to us, 21 century regards knowledge economy its main feature. Knowledge will be its basic element of production and strategic assets of the enterprises. Human resources which bear the weight of the knowledge became the decisive element of the enterprises'market values because it stands for the total amount of knowledge and skills the enterprises have. So the core of competition in the time of information economy amounts to the competition between human resources. Human resources, as the basic and the most important element while conducting the social production, have its comparable independence, duality, continuousness, regeneration and time. China has the largest population in the world. It's easy to see the advantage of the human resources, but we have become thee strongest country. After analyzing the causes, you will find: "though human resources show a general tendency of supply over demand during a long period, their stuffs don't keep pace with the development of the country, which should be improved; unbalanced spread and unbalanced employment assignment structure and son on are also their features. In addition to this, there lies this or that king of problems which requires urgent settlement in china's human resources management markets such as the conflict between talents'socialization and their loyalty to the enterprises, how to attract the attract to stay, the conflict between talent trust and talent value and so on. Analyzing the reasons, it is because the out-of-date thoughts of the manager of human resources in terms of ideological reason and lacks of humanism basis. But when it comes to terms of social institution, the cause lies the excessive waste of human resources and so on. In the times of rapidly developing globalization, every company should think and solve problems strategically, should make a good understanding about the influence that economic globalization exerts on the company to survive and develop in such times of globalization. Times requires us to understand the effluence that "information economy"exerts on the human resources management and we must realize clearly the opportunities and challenges that times brings to the human management of every company. The information economy brings a series of opportunities and spares for further development to company management, which makes some important changes, such as the ideas of human resources management, organization structure, company culture, function of motivating mechanism and the management style. What is more important is that the acknowledge economy challenges every aspect of human management, such as the operating risk that is related to the "knowledged"employees, the serious influence that the change of social economy exerts on the human resources management, the constantly changing management of company, and so on. The knowledge economy brings some important changes to human resources management of company, which requires the managers to renew the ideas of human resources management, including adhering to principle of "people oriented", reconstructing much stronger company culture, enhancing the motivating mechanism of interior human capital, recognizing its share, paying more attention to the soft management. Meanwhile, to the whole nation, the knowledge requires government to enhance its help and guidance to the company, promote the proper flowingof talents, and the society to strengthen the cultivating of human resources in order to realize the sustained development of human resources.
