Human resources integration is one of the popular research topics in the field of human resources management in recent years. As a special behavior in human resources management, the economic profit analysis on human resources integration should also be included in the research category of economic profits from labor input. Based on this viewpoint, the thesis attempts to find out a method to judge whether the human resources integration in merged enterprises yields economic profits. The judgment basis is set on analysis and assessment from the human resources integration in merged enterprises. Such judgment is of considerable significance to merged enterprises in their structural setup and decision making in management, as embodied by value assessment on human resources integration, external impact measurement on integrated management, as well as supporting role to enterprises in their merging and integration decision making.Through relevant file and document study, theoretical and methodological research, as well as case analysis, the thesis achieves the following results: firstly, a fairly thorough study has been made in the current researching status of human resources integration both in China and abroad, on the basis of which the researching topics and schools are summed up in human resources integration at present, and the researching progress is presented in analysis on economic profits from human resources integration; secondly, a theoretical and methodological structure is set up for analysis on economic profits from human resources integration by comprehensive application of such theories and methods as labor economics and system evaluation, presenting a researching framework for elaborating principal part, subordinate part, theory and method of analysis on economic profits from human resources integration, supplemented by a mathematical description and a logic deduction; thirdly, a viewpoint is brought forward that the purpose of human resources integration is to develop the economic profits from labor input on the fastest track; meanwhile, a judgment principle is proposed that an index method for human resources integration be adopted to judge the economic profits from human resources integration.The thesis applies the index method for human resources integration to an actual case of enterprise merging and human resources integration undertaken by a publicly listed company—China Spacesat Co., Ltd., making analysis on the conditions, process and external impacts of the economic profits from human resources integration, and reaching the judgment that the human resources integration has yielded economic profits in this company. In addition, with the enlightenment from the internal drive of human resources integration, a tactics for human resources integration is proposed as "post drive" and "talent drive".
