The era of globalization and knowledge economics comes to us. More and more enterprises know the importance of M&I and take part in the process. A M&I era of enterprises appears in the world. There are many M&I actions, but some of them succeed finally and some fail. Investigations have shown there are many reasons for this, but one main consists in Human Resources Integration making out not to be good.Now, in the knowledge-based economy ages the first important in factor is the human resources, which is the core of competition. The enterprises' development faces challenges, and how to win the competition for talented persons is a big new lesson for enterprises.M&A activities bring much indetermination which makes enterprises face very big human resources risks, and human resources problems not handled properly may cause enterprises facing the full dish to all lose. Therefore after completing the ex-period M&A tasks it doubtless is a wise choice for enterprises to integrate human resources and develop a good cycle of human resources.For M&A enterprises Human Resources Integration (HRI)is a complicated systemic task, which demand the introduction of certain theories, and according to several strategies, principles, and an orderly procedure.This article starts with the problematic analysis of M&A of Real estate body corporate Ltd, Co. and Lijie Company, rises the realistic meanings of the mergers of human recourse. By deeply discussion of the relevant theories of the mergers of the human resources, points the significant affects on the employees' mental and behaviors, caused by corporate M&A. Only after the effectively solving of the problems of human recourse mergers, the employees would understand the meanings and by far actively involved in the M&A of the corporate. The effective strategy of the human resources mergers includes the successfully solving of the five problems of the employees' selecting, abandoning, retaining, training, and employing, enhancing the communication and the organic mergers of the corporate cultures.This report chooses the integrations of theory and practical approaches, progressively demonstrates that the management of the human resources is the key factor of the success and failure of the corporate acquisition and mergers, hence, have the strong theoretical leading and realistic referral meaning to the partitions of the company' s management.
