Many remarkable enterprises are carrying on the research and implement the logistics management system. At present, domestic logistics study is mainly concentrating on social logistics and logistics facing to circulate become authorized delegate in development of logistics industry of China, nearly. Inside enterprises no matter that the logistics is unable to compare with social logistics in studying and obtaining employment in the team or the society attention degree etc. It's obvious day by day to the obstacle of logistics industry's development that inbounds logistics development lagged behind. Really, in order to make development of logistics industry of China normal and healthy, it must strengthen the enterprise's inbound logistics, and make inbound logistics to become a pacemaker which can accelerate the whole supply-logistics of circulate. So it can set the ball rolling for the development of the logistics industry of our country. By the analysis of the case of T Ltd.`s inbound logistics, this paper researches the current situation on T Ltd.'s logistics management, existing problem , origin cause of formation, improved countermeasure and suggestion ,and attempt to find methods of solving the problem that exists in inbound logistics management of domestic enterprises at present. At first, this paper studies the current situation of logistics management, describes the concept , characteristic and range of the inbound logistics, points out that especially it has functions of commanding , controlling , verifying , analyzing and coordinating etc. It draw the development tendency of modern integrated logistics. Today, the information technology develops rapidly. It is already become desirability require and inevitable trend of modern enterprise management, especially of modern enterprises inbound logistics management, that thought and software on basis of computer administrative skill such as MRPⅡ, CIM, ERP, etc. are used and applied. JIT`s appearance and applying make the boost motor of management mode for optimizing logistics procedure and strengthening inbound logistics management. This paper points out the inbound logistics facing enterprise produced is a weakness of the modern logistics and is a key of logistics industry development of our country. Contrast through successful logistics mode of Haier ,it shows clearly the main problems exited in domestic enterprise`s inbound logistics. The logistics management hardware and management level of T Ltd. are above the average among domestic manufacturing companies, but its procedure is tedious , its management of inbound logistics lacks integration and it needs contacting organically. By the functional analysis of every department participating in logistics management of T Ltd., it points out each existing problem and discusses the origin cause of formation. Then, I analyze and optimize targets of T Ltd `s inbound logistics management, such as quantity of logistics management, quality control, time management, cost management and information management, etc...Then, in terms of integral analysis at the end, I give some optimized suggestion to T Ltd..such as the restructure of logistics plans and corresponding institutional framework; to optimized and improve supplier's management; to improve institutionalized construction of management; to promote administrator's quality and consciousness; to pay attention to human factors and to carry on institutional framework to recombinate in good time . At the end, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to the logistics of our country, such as to pay attention to the logistics management, reduce the logistics cost; strengthen management level, set up the logistics management system taking procedure as the center; manage the logistics using the supply chain thought, base on inbound logistics, pay attention to fully combining social resources; to give a new lease of life to the procedure basing on the management information system such as ERP; information technology, hardware, innovative idea, one can't be few; pay attention to the cultivation and use of the managerial talent of logistics. At last, it points out that enterprises should choose their own ways according to their own situations.
