| Automotive Logistics is considered to be the most technical, the most widely covers, andthe highest levels of complexity of all the logistics industry, the components inbound logisticsreflect the more specialization and complexity. Study on inbound logistics of automobile partshave very important significance to speed up the logistics rationalization process, reducethe inbound logistics cost, and to improve the inbound logistics service level.On the basis of combing and reviewing the relevant concepts and theory, this paperanalyzes the characteristics of components inbound logistics, then study the advantages anddisadvantages of the two methods of car production, Put forward the combined mode ofproduction of MTO (made to order) and MTS (made to store), and defines the research objectof this article is the components inbound logistics under the mixed mode of production. Andfurther put forward the choice basis of components inbound logistics: The logistics leader+incoming way+components. Then carries on the detailed analysis on them, constructions themixed inbound logistics mode of the auto parts, provides a basis for decision-makers indifferent conditions to select the inbound logistics mode. Finally, describes theimplementation of mode from Milk-Run, the flat standardized, modular, JIT supply.This paper studies suggest that different logistics leaders due to the constraints oflogistics resources, technology and other conditions, the adaptability of the admissiondifferent ways, the adaptability of inbound logistics are not identical, and the choice of themode of inbound logistics will also be affected by the component value and importance.Therefore, this paper starts from the logistics leader, incoming way and components,considers the impact of the two key factors: Distance, supply frequency and volume, formedinto a new analysis framework of logistics mode selection, presents the hybrid inboundlogistics mode for different conditions. |
