The Empirical Study On Some Issues In Technology Innovation Of University--Industry Collaboration In Chongqing

The technologic innovation of university-industry collaboration is a behavior that make use of main factor each from occuping the advantage of university with industry , dividing the work helps to realizes a technique innovative process together. In our country, the technologic innovation of university-industry collaboration still not active because of all kinds reasons.There are prodigious gap comparing developed country and request of industry revolution arousing by the modern science and technology revolution. Therefore, in that case, the study of the obstacle factors, government policy , other innovative sources exclude the university and their influence on the industry's collaborate performance have the higher scholarship value and important realistic meaning doubtlessly,which is one part of the project "the cooperative opportunity evaluation and prospect description in strategic alliance based on skills"approved by NSFC. We use structural equation modeling mainly in this paper to analyze. The sample is manufacturing enterprises carried through technique innovation or having collaborate relation with university in Chongqing. After doing two-stage study, i.e. pilot study and large sample study, and testing the reliability and the validity of variables with SPSS10.0 and AMOS4.0 in this paper, we conclude that the obstacle factors have distinct negative effect on the performance of industry. That is to say the obstacle factors really obstructed university-industry collaboration and lower the performance of industry getting from the cooperation. At the same time, the government policy have distinct positive effect on the performance of university-industry collaboration,that is,government policy which sustain the cooperation of UI would have enhance the performance of industry and drive the university-industry collaboration vigorously.However other innovative sources exclude the university have not distinct negative effect on the performance of industry.We can consider other innovative sources exclude the university could not imperil university and affect the university-industry collaboration. With the further research, it is clear that the obstacle factors affects remarkably the one of three dimensions of industry's performances—management performance, but to other dimensions isnot marked. The government policy also affects significantly the three dimensions of industry's performance and the effect of government policy on learning performance is strongest but the effect of government policy on management performance is feeblest. Based on this,we put forward some advices that would advance the technologic innovation of university-industry collaboration. This text adopt the method of demonstration and study the technologic innovation of university-industry collaboration from the point of view of industry,which pioneer the new view of study university-industry collaboration and is a fat lot. At the same time, the research educe a set of index to measure the obstacle factors and performance of industry in collaboration in Chongqing. It may be useful in future study. Of course it is obtain from empirical study, which make it could not perfect and would be perfect in the future study.
