The21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation takes the top priority. Enterprises (especially for SMEs) can not achieve innovation by their own strength solely, they need to acquire knowledge from outside of the organization. Universities or research institutions are increasingly becoming one of the main sources of knowledge acquisition. Enterprises-universities-researches (EUR) cooperation, an open and collaborative innovation mode, emerged. However, whether enterprises can absorb external knowledge and digest into their own unique resources, and finally practice into their own operations, which closely related to their knowledge absorptive capacity; in addition, we find that interaction between organizations in EUR is essential, interaction behavior in the interactive process plays an important role to knowledge absorption capacity. Therefore, we selected interactive behavior dimension from one of many impact factors of knowledge absorptive capacity to explore relationships among the interaction behavior of EUR, knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance, which is meaningful. In the theoretical line section, first introduce the research background, research purposes, the significance of the study and research methods, routes; Secondly, review the interactive process theory, knowledge absorption theory and enterprise innovation performance theory literature; Finally, take EUR as a research platform to refine the organization interaction as trust and communication, in which trust is divided into emotional trust and cognitive trust; knowledge absorption capacity divided as practical knowledge absorption capacity and potential knowledge absorption capacity; innovation performance is divided into learning and growth performance and innovation of task performance. Building a theoretical model suitable for analysizing the impact of interaction behavior on enterprises innovative performance, and proposes appropriate theoretical assumptions based on research purposes. The experience route part starts from questionnaire design. Using Likert-5point scale to design questionnaire for independent variables, mediating variables and the dependent variable. The design ideas are mainly based on correction for the maturity scale scholars used in the past; Secondly, adopting the SPSS18.0software to analyze the collected data, including:the descriptive statistical analysis, view variables central tendency and the degree of dispersion; reliability and validity analysis, to measure the reliability of the design of questionnaire items; correlation analysis, inspect the correlation between variables; regression analysis, further test the relationship among independent variables, mediating variables, and dependent variable, also examine whether the mediating variables have a mediating role. After empirical analysis, we found that there was a significantly positive correlation among each demensions of interaction behavior, knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance. At the same time, joining the knowledge absorptive capacity variable dimension together with each dimension of interactive behavior to make regression verify on enterprise innovation performance, found that knowledge absorption capacity plays intermediary role between each dimension of the interaction and learning and growth performance. Surprised that knowledge absorption capacity fully mediated cognitive trust and learning and growth performance, but can not afford an intermediary role in each dimensions of interaction behavior and task performance. Finally, proposes several insights to provide recommendations for improving business performance in EUR. In addition, because of the constraints of time, resources, academic level, the study also exsits a lot of limitations. The author gives suggested directions for future research in the end to endeavor for riching theorys.
