| Innovation is becoming more and more important to the continuing economic development of a country, and university science parks, which possess a innovative character, draw more attention from government. As an important part of the national innovation system, university science parks rapidly expand in each region of our country recently, turn into a industry-university cooperation platform, promote the transformation of scientific and technological patents and the incubation of high-tech enterprises, and improve the ability servicing society. Because of the difference of society and economics in every region of our country, university science parks are confronted with different innovative environment, so have a distinct innovative mechanism. Moreover, they are significant research questions how to assess the innovative performance of university science parks, and how to explore the theory that university science parks promote regional economic growth.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of university science parks in other countries, and makes a research on the distribution characteristics, innovative environment, and internal mechanism of our country's university science parks. East university science parks exceed central and west ones whether in quantity or in scale. As far as the innovative environment to be concerned, this paper analyses the three regions' several aspects, as follow:policy environment, education environment, technology environment and culture environment. University science parks have many disadvantages and should be improved in financing mechanism, talent mechanism industry-university cooperation mechanism and transformation mechanism of the scientific and technological patents.Secondly, this paper from the angle of innovation studies the performance of university science parks in each region of our country. The article builds a innovative indicators system in five aspects, which include qualitative and quantitative indicators, then use AHP method figuring out their weight. Afterwards it assesses the performance of the sample of university science parks making use of gray system theory, and finds that the operation condition display stepped appearance, being more and more excellent from west to east.Finally this paper researches the regional economic growth of university science parks. In the base of region economics and development economics, the fifth chapter gets research person, land, and expenditure as explaining variable and makes a economic growth model. Through calculating and analyzing, the article confirms that university science parks show positive effect to promote regional economic growth of our country. So, the society should enhance input in parks, and make it possible to become catalyst of regional economic growth. |
