The vigorous developing of the market economy and the further deepening of the division of labor in society resulted in the emergence of supply chain which, as a new administrative mode, acts as an organizing pattern between corporations. Supply chain requires the complementary corporations in the purchase, the production and distribution of products. That is, it brings different enterprises together as a group to fulfill the same objective. Supply chain is well developed abroad, while in China it is far from maturity. So it is worth to investigate the behavior of enterprises in supply chain. In this paper the author tries to make researches on the constituting of optimum incentive between corporations, the constructing of supply chain and the shaping of a unified administrative interface integration of supply chain. And by analyzing the large topic of enterprises behavior from the perspective of supply chain, this paper narrows the topic of enterprises behavior down thus makes it more practical to go on the research.At first, this paper narrates some economical principles of enterprises behavior. These are the theoretical foundation of this paper. And then some theoretical analysis are done on the application of the theory of enterprises behavior into the mode of supply chain, including the producing of supply chain, the constituting of optimum incentive between corporations, the mechanism of participation of information and finally, the administrative interface integration of supply chain is offered. Followed, the concrete behavior of the corporations in supply chain is probed into through the analysis of some specific cases. At last advice is given after the detailed analysis on the construction of supply chain among the Chinese corporations.The application of advanced mathematics, operational research and game theory is made to achieve the goals in this paper. In addition to some advice on the promotion of performance of supply chain, the author believes that it is quite important to provide for the corporations a standard pattern, either in written criterion or with unwritten ethics. It is also called culture of supply chain, which is shaped by the corporations in supply chain. Compared with foreign corporations, the Chinese corporations are underdeveloped both in the administrative experiences and in the administrative methods. So it is necessary to assimilate the advanced administrative experiences and the administrative methods abroad and at the same time adapt these to the real situationof Chinese corporations and the reality in China so as to form the suitable form of supply chain in China. It is in this way that the Chinese corporations may achieve better development and improve the overall benefits of the society.
