Participative management and organizational culture have become the hot topics as the modern economic management is being gradually implemented in China. Here below I make a research on this by the aid of psychological analysis and reasoning.Firstly, we can find that the participative behaviors have the psychological factors. The psychological factors like individuals' Needs, Motivation, Value and attitude can influence individuals' participative behaviors. And since the individuals are in the cooperate organization, and of course those individuals' Needs, Motivation, Value and attitudes etc are conditioned by the organizational factors like cooperate culture.In this paper we also make an analysis on the cooperate culture, the content of the cooperate culture and from the separate organization factors we highlight the influence which cooperate culture draw on the participative management. From the theoretical analysis, I made a questionnaire and research on the participative management & cooperate culture, so as to make a much clearer view on the relationship between participative management and cooperate culture. Also we make evidences for our theoretical assumption which organizational culture influences the implementation of participative management by some small case analysis.Finally we can draw a conclusion from this research that the participation holds many psychological influencing factors. And cooperate culture conditions the implementation of participative management. If there is a suitable cooperate culture, it would do goods to the implementation of participative management while participative management becomes impossible if there is no good and suitable cooperate culture. Therefore we highlight the building of cooperate culture in a company and it is the condition for us to implement the participative management. From this, we'd like to find a new way to analyze the economic management issues by the helps of psychological analysis.
