The Research Of Chinese Commercial Banks' Organization System And Innovation

The commercial bank is occupying the important status in our country's financial system, and the reform of the organization system of commercial bank is the important component of the reform of the whole commercial bank. It determines whether the commercial bank of our country could work high-efficiently in order, and whether can promote the economy of our country to continue developing in a healthy way. Chinese banks are facing the unprecedented challenge with the higher and higher open degree, especially with the process of joining WTO. The major organizational defect that the commercial bank of our country exists is exposing day by day, and it has become one of the major obstacles of restraining the commercial bank of our country from changing to the modern commercial bank. And Chinese commercial banks must face the fact of international practice and inherent practice and inherent demand of market economy, and they also explore innovation and change of organizational system actively. This paper is on the basis of absorbing domestic and international scholar's research results, and I use the standardize and comparative analytic approach, along the logic of "theory summary of organization system of commercial bank --Organization system of the western commercial bank of main country –Chinese commercial banks'organizational system"to research the reform and innovation of the organization system of commercial bank of our country. The full text is divided into four chapters altogether besides preface. I explain the research background and meaning of the thesis, domestic and international research dynamic status, and the research approach and structure of the thesis in the part of the preface. In chapter one I introduce the basic theories of commercial banks'organizational system, and expatiate the theories on the base of defining the concept of commercial banks'organizational system. In chapter two I analyze the difference of organizational system between west countries'and Chinese commercial banks from the view of outside existing form and inside structure. In chapter three I investigate the state of the organization system of commercial bank of our country, and especially its changes. And I also analyze the existing problems and reasons of Chinese commercial banks'organizational system. In chapter four I propose the goal of the reform and thinking in order to perfect the organizational system of Chinese commercial banks according to existing problems.
